Your mind knows you 'should' be moving, but your body just doesn't seem to want to join the exercise program.  So what's a woman to do?

Get in touch with your anatomy.  It's the biggest kept secret out there.  Create a more peaceful relationship with your body by connecting to the muscles and bones in a way that truly means something to you and not just the pain you feel when the body is injured or out of alignment.

After surveying this community, I learned that over 62% of the women believed that lack of shopping, planning and preparing food was the #1 reason that derailed them or made them feel unsuccessful with a healthy eating program.

While it is a huge, hot topic even for me, I have broken it down here to 3 very SIMPLE steps to begin to provide a framework within which to work. You may say “that’s it?” And the answer I believe is YES. It’s the perfect place to begin today.

Weight loss was the #1 response as the outcome from a healthy eating program. The exciting news however, was that many of you also stated you want to feel better and have more energy - even get off medications.

A number of years ago I was doing a phone interview with a magazine and the reporter asked, "If you don't weigh and measure your clients, how do you measure success?" That question was pivotal for me. "I measure the success of my clients by how they engage in their lives." Boom. That was it.

More than half of the women in our community believe that lack of will power is why they are unsuccessful with a healthy eating program. It's NOT about will power.

We spend most of our time living in our heads and we just hope and assume the body will show up. We scream at our body, berate it constantly, even kick it to the curb. The dialogue is so loud that the only time we hear the voice of our physical body is when it is crying out in pain with an injury or an illness. And even then sometimes, we don't listen.
