Sets create the space and breath to be able to feel the sensations in your body during meals. Too often we are going so fast through a meal that we never stop, or raise our consciousness, or be mindful of what is happening when we eat. Please note: If you chose to not pay attention, just notice that you have made this decision. You can tell yourself, “I don’t want to pay attention tonight” and there is no shame, no blame, no guilt. But keep in mind, each time you do practice, you are strengthening the muscle within yourself that will have you slowly cheering yourself on.
